We offer personal training for those that want one-on-one coaching. We recognize that not everyone is comfortable jumping into group classes. We also recognize that some people are looking to progress in their fitness or chosen sport and need a little extra time devoted to them. Personal training is perfect for moms, busy couples, high school/college competitive athletes, or anyone that wants to have eyes on them 100% of the time and are willing to put in the hard work.
Your trainer will tailor the workouts specifically for your skill level. They will work closely with you to ensure that you are progressing at a pace suitable for you as well as teach you how to track your progress so that you can see your progress and growth.
