This morning I listened to news of the mass shooting in Orlando. Like most people, I felt sadness and frustration. I don’t know how to prevent acts of violence, but I know that we’re better than this, we’re stronger than this. Therefore, I created a memorial workout for those killed and injured in Orlando, it’s called “Stronger Than Hate”.
