What is your CrossFit “Superpower!”? Double Unders
What is your favorite CrossFit movement? I really like rope climbs. I am not the best at them, but that is something i never thought I would be able to do and my first time making it to the top was so exciting!!
What is your least favorite CrossFit movement? Snatches! Ugh!
Are there high points in your training or big accomplishments you would like to share?
I think my biggest accomplishment was just starting CrossFit. I was so scared and thought there is no way I can do that! Here I am a year and a half later still loving it and getting better all the time!
Who has inspired you?
Where to start?! First Tyler for referring me to our box. Denise was the first person I met and I will always remember that and she is so fun to workout with. Never a quiet moment with Denise next to ya! Kelly is absolutely AMAZING and keeps me so motivated during a hard WOD. Seriously Kelly you are so inspiring! And of course Bethanie for always helping me and being so patient with me! My squat form is not awesome and she works so hard to help me get better all the time!
What CrossFit Sandy events do you enjoy? The Christmas party is always fun and I loved the day up at Jordanelle! Seriously so fun!
Do you have any pieces of wisdom for new members? If you think you can’t do it, I promise you, you can! Don’t cherry pick your WOD’s they are all gonna kick your butt no matter how easy it looks! (We expect to see you for TK today!)Share
