15 Minutes to Work on Your Weakest Gymnastics Skill


EMOM – 14 Minutes

Odd Minutes: 3 Hang Cleans at 80% of 1RM

Even Minutes: 3/2 Muscle-Ups

*The CrossFit Open begins in one week and we’re kicking the competition season off with a free throwdown Friday evening. The throwdown will take the place of the 4:30 and 5:30 pm classes. ┬áThe WOD will be accessible to all skill levels. Come for the workout –┬ástay for food and fun!
