Back Squat

For those on schedule with the Squat Program, today is the day to test for your new one rep max!  Don’t despair if you’re a few days behind schedule.  We’ll run one extra week of the Squat Program in order to give you time to finish the program and test for a new one rep max.


AMRAP – 10 minutes

20 Overhead Walking Lunges 45/35

10 Plyo Push-Ups 45/35

*Plyo push-ups are performed by dynamically alternating hands your plate.  The only resting position is the top of the push-up.
