This week we won’t be posting any of the workouts in advance.  For some of you this may be a source of stress, but remember- CrossFit prepares you to deal with any physical contingency, both the known and the unknowlable.  You can handle whatever comes your way this week!  Therefore… relax, eat well, sleep well and show up ready for a great workout.

Reminder:  The Explosive Strength Seminar will be held on Tuesday, November 19th at 6:00-8:30 p.m.  Space is limited, so reserve your spot through the  Explosive Clinic event on Facebook.  Due to the seminar the 5:30 Group Class and 6:30 Olympic Weightlifting Class will be cancelled.
