Jerrod Ramos will be leading the new Tuesday night Olympic lifting session which replaces the 6:30pm WOD on Tuesday evening. If you haven’t met Jerrod yet, he recently moved to Sandy with his family – please give him a warm welcome! He was previously a coach and involved in the programming at New Species CrossFit in Detroit.
To allow more time for Olympic lifting on Saturday morning, the Saturday group WODs have been moved to 8am, and Sat. morning Olympic lifting is now at 9am.
Attending these skills sessions is one of the most effective ways to become more proficient in the lifting portion of the WODs so take advantage of the opportunity.
To summarize, the schedule is now:
Tue. Evening 6:30pm – Olympic Lifting – Snatch
Thur. Evening 6:30pm – Olympic Lifting – Clean & Jerk
Sat. Morning 8 am – Group WOD – Beginners welcome
Sat. Morning 9 am. – Olympic lifting
