Modified Schedule on Friday, July 26th

Due to trainer illness, the schedule on Friday, July 26th will be modified.  The 6:00 and 7:00 a.m. classes are being combined into a single class at 6:30 a.m.  There will be Open Gym at 8:00-10:00 a.m.  Evening classes will be offered at 4:30 and 5:30, but the 6:30 class is cancelled.

Friday, July 26th

  • Group WOD       6:30 a.m.
  • Open Gym          8:00 – 10:00 a.m.
  • Group WOD        4:30 p.m.
  • Group WOD        5:30 p.m.

We apologize for any inconvenience these changes may cause.  Saturday, July 27th will follow the normal schedule with Olympic Weightlifting at 8:00 and a beginner-friendly Group Workout at 9:00.
