Partner Workout:

Partner 1- Row 500m

Partner 2- Max Reps Ground to Overhead 105/75

*The objective is to accumulate as many GTO reps as possible while your partner is rowing.

When it’s your turn to row, do so as quickly as possible so your partner does not have time to accumulate many GTO reps.
