Partner 1: Row 500 Meters
Partner 2: Hang From Bar (must switch if P2 falls from bar before row is complete)
Then, AMRAP Shoulder to Overhead 115/80
Rest 2:00 Between Rounds

It’s Wednesday Friends-Day!  Bring your friends and family for free classes every Wednesday in November.  The partner WODs will be fun and challenging for experienced athletes, but also scaleable for novices.

Reminder: The 6:30 p.m. class is cancelled on Wednesday because it’s CrossFit Sandy climbing night at Momentum Climbing Gym. Meet us there at 6:30 pm.
