AMRAP – 5 Minutes

Level I: Single Unders

Level II: Double Unders

Level III: Triple Unders

Then,

Death By Back Squats

Minute 1 = 1 Repetition

Minute 2 = 2 Repetitions

Minute 3 = 3 Repetition

Continue increasing by 1 rep per minute until you can no longer complete the required number of reps in one minute.

RX Weight = 100% of Body Weight
