The new morning class schedule is in effect.  Wednesday class times are as follows:

5:30 am, 6:30 am, 9:00 am, 12:00 pm, 4:30 pm, 5:30 pm, Yoga 6:30 pm

WOD

7 Rounds of the following Clean Complex:

5 Deadlifts

3 Hang Power Cleans

1 Split Jerk

*The barbell cannot be released during the round

**Add weight for each new round
