Tribute WOD – Saturday, July 9, 2016

In CrossFit we honor the fallen with workouts. At 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 9th CrossFit Sandy will perform a memorial WOD for those killed and injured in Dallas, it’s called “Dallas Blue”.
