Giveaway Reminder: CrossFit Sandy is giving away two 3-day passes for the CrossFit Southwest Regionals (May 30 Games – June 1) at the South Towne Expo Center.  To be eligible for a chance to win the tickets all members need to do is workout.  We’ll be doing scaled versions of the Regionals workouts throughout the month of May.  Each time you complete one of the Regionals workouts you’ll be entered in a drawing for the tickets.
