“Eva”

800m Run

30 Kettlebell Swings 70/53

30 Pull-Ups

There’s no getting around it, Eva is an intimidating workout.  Don’t let her scare you away, but do be prepared to scale this WOD.  In fact, nearly everyone will be scaling in one way or another. In preparation, make sure that you take some time for hand/callus maintenance tonight and start hydrating now.
