Minute 0:00 – 5:00     Run 800 Meters, then AMRAP Burpees

Minute 5:00 – 9:00     Run 400 Meters, then AMRAP Burpees

Minute 9:00 – 12:00   Run 200 Meters, then AMRAP Burpees

Minute 12:00 – 14:00  Run 100 Meters, then AMRAP Burpees

Score = Number of Burpees
