New Schedule Effective May 1st

Effective May 1st we’re moving to a new summer schedule.  All afternoon and evening classes will begin 30 minutes later.

WOD’s

5:00 pm Monday – Friday

6:00 pm Monday – Friday

7:00 pm Monday – Thursday

Olympic Weightlifting  No classes May 1 – 14

CrossFit Teens – Mondays & Wednesdays at 4:15 – 5:00 pm

CrossFit Kids – Tuesdays & Thursdays at 4:30 – 5:00 pm
