New Morning Schedule Begins March 31st

In order to bring our early morning diehards more weekday classes, morning class times will change beginning Monday, March 31st.  Times and days are listed below.

5:30 – 6:30 a.m.    Group WOD           Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday-Friday

6:30 – 7:30 a.m.    Group WOD           Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday-Friday

7:45 – 8:45 a.m.    Yoga                         Tuesday

9:00 – 10:00 a.m.   Group WOD         Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday-Friday

Noon – 1:00 p.m.   Group WOD          Monday-Wednesday-Friday
