Minutes: 0 – 15    Run 1 Mile for Time

Minutes: 15 – 30  30 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups for Time

Minutes: 30 – 45  1 Rep Max Back Squat

 

 

Due to the weather forecast, we’re getting the running workout in on Monday. Therefore, the Monthly Baseline workout will be done on Tuesday.
