Our new morning class schedule begins today.  Monday class times are as follows:

5:30 am, 6:30 am, 9:00 am, 12:00 pm, 4:30 pm, 5:30 pm, 6:30 pm

Sprint 100 Meters, Then

AMRAP

Odd Minutes: Toes-to-Bar

Even Minutes: Handstand Push-Ups
