Odd Minutes: 5 Clean & Jerks

Choose a weight that is challenging, but all 5 reps can be performed touch & go

Even Minutes: 10 Bar-Facing Burpees

Consider Mechanics, Consistency & Intensity this Week

As you prepare for your WODs this week, take a little time to honestly assess your own mechanics and consistency.  Regardless of how “RX” has been defined, your coaches  can help you to scale weights or choose modifications that will allow you to consistently perform good quality movements at high intensity.  Intensity directly leads to results. More important than what you do, how long or how often you train… how hard you train has the greatest correlation to results.
