“Death by Ground to Overhead”

In the first minute you perform 1 GTO, in the second minute you perform 2 GTOs, etc.  The workout is over when you can no longer perform the corresponding number of GTOs in one minute.  For example; if you complete 16 GTOs in the 18th minute, then your workout is over.
