ATTENTION… Anyone that is planning on coming to my Competitive class at 8am on Saturday we are doing CrossFit Total. So, DO NOT go heavy today. You need to be fresh for Saturday. If I see you go heavy today and then show up to do CFT I will have you wait until 9am to workout with that class. Thanks!
