This week many of our Masters athletes are participating in the Masters Functional Fitness League competition.  The competition consists of four mandatory workouts and one option pool WOD.  If you’re at least 35 years old and you haven’t registered for the MFFL yet, there’s still time to sign up.  Just visit https://www.mastersfunctionalfitnessleague.com to register or review the workouts, movement standards, and weights for each Masters age group.
