It’s Throwdown Friday!  It begins at 7:00 p.m., be there or be… never mind, there really is no alternative, just be there!  The following Strength & WOD are for the morning classes and 4:30 – 6:00 p.m. open gym only.  The Throwdown WOD will be announced at 7:00 p.m. Friday
