AMRAP – 20 minutes

-Run 400 meters

-Maximum Reps Pullups

OR

Lynne

5 Rounds for Maximum Reps:

-Body Weight Bench Press

-Maximum Reps Pullups

 There is NO rest between the bench press & pull-ups,

but you may rest as long as needed between rounds.
