CrossFit Sandy is pleased to announce the expansion of our CrossFit Kids program. Beginning January 5th we will offer CrossFit Kids classes for two age groups: 6 – 11 and 12+.
CrossFit Kids is not simply a scaled down version of CrossFit, it is designed for the specific developmental needs of the kids population. CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids. Additionally, a vast body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which means that consistent adherence to the program can have a positive impact on children’s academic achievement.

Ages 6 – 11: Mondays & Wednesdays at 3:45 – 4:30 p.m.
Age 12 and Older: Tuesdays & Thursdays at 3:45 – 4:30 p.m.
