CrossFit Kids is back from summer break!
CrossFit Kids is not simply a scaled down version of CrossFit, it is designed for the specific developmental needs of the kids population. CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance, and fewer sports injuries for kids.
Classes include a dynamic warm up, skill development, a workout and frequent games. Each class lasts approximately 30 minutes.
Schedule – Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:30 – 5:00 p.m.
Cost – Bring your kids to try a class free of charge. If they love it and want to continue, the monthly fee is $55.
