We have the experience – CrossFit Sandy affiliated in 2009.

We bring the best all-around fitness program to everyone.  If you are looking for a well-rounded, fun, and ever-challenging fitness program to support your active lifestyle then CrossFit is the answer. CrossFit may sound intimidating, but with the correct coaching and programming you will safely learn new skills and achieve your fitness goals – both long-term and short.

At 5,500 square feet, our facility in Sandy is not only large, but one of the most well-equipped and cleanest in town – come see the difference for yourself.

We offer group instruction as well as one-on-one training.  The training consists of constantly varied functional movements performed with high intensity.  That’s a mouthful so let us break it down.

Each day will be a new workout focusing on movements found in daily life. Optimal fitness results depend on the level of intensity that you bring to each workout.  More intensity in your workout rewards you with a higher level of fitness for your time in the gym. It is simple, and we will help you bring that intensity.  Each workout is scale-able to your physical ability.

Life outside of the gym is not predictable, so your workouts shouldn’t be either. CrossFit intentionally blurs the line between cardio and weight-training to achieve optimal fitness results.
