Find Max Unbroken Strict Pull-Ups
Monday is a testing day and you won’t want to miss it! We’re beginning a new strength cycle this week and the emphasis will be on back squats. Therefore, everyone needs to test their current 1 Rep Max. This lift will be used as a basis for percentage based training during the next six weeks.
We’re also beginning a focus on gymnastics movements that will continue through year-end. For many of you, pull-ups are your number one gymnastics goal, so we’re going to begin with a six week pull-up program. Three days per week, the final 10 minutes of each class will be devoted to building pull-up capacity. The program will conclude one week before Memorial Day and we can expect more RX Murph scores than ever before!Share
